At ZESMACK, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted products, customized artworks, and natural diamonds safely, quickly, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, dispatch, and deliver orders within India and internationally. Our aim is to provide a smooth and stress-free experience from checkout to doorstep.
1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Free & Paid Shipping:
Free Shipping on orders above ₹2000.
A small shipping fee applies to orders below ₹2000.
Heavy/Oversized Items (such as MDF, wooden pieces, or large artworks) may include additional shipping charges. These will be clearly mentioned on each product page.
Processing Time:
MDF, Acrylic & Wooden Products: 24–48 working hours
Natural Diamonds: 1–2 working days (includes extra security/verification checks)
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time:
After dispatch, most domestic orders are delivered within:
5–7 working days
Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may require extra time.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by courier partners and are not guaranteed.

2. International Shipping
Global Delivery:
We ship worldwide through leading logistics providers:

Shipping Costs:
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
Total weight
Dimensions
Destination country
Import duties, customs charges, or destination taxes are not included and must be paid by the buyer.
Delivery Timeline:
International packages typically deliver in 7–15 working days after dispatch.
Customs checks or international security inspections may cause additional delays.
Tracking:
All international shipments include full tracking.
A tracking link will be emailed/WhatsApped once your order is shipped.
3. Order Processing
We verify and prepare your items carefully before dispatch. Each order goes through:
Inventory/stock verification
Quality inspection
Secure and protective packaging
Order Notifications:
You will receive:
Order Confirmation Email/SMS immediately after purchase
Dispatch Email/SMS + Tracking ID once your order is shipped
4. Packaging Standards
We follow strict packaging protocols for maximum safety.
For MDF, Acrylic & Wooden Items:

Heavy-duty corrugated boxes
Fragile-label handling
For Natural Polished Diamonds:
Tamper-proof packaging
Shock-proof storage cases
Secure barcode-based tracking
Fully insured shipping until delivery
5. Address Changes
Address changes can be requested only before dispatch.
After dispatch, the address cannot be changed by ZESMACK.
You may contact the courier directly for rerouting, depending on their policies.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Email/WhatsApp/SMS.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update on the courier’s website after dispatch.
7. Delivery Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages
Delays:
If your order exceeds normal delivery timelines, contact us we will coordinate with the courier for updates.
Lost Shipments:
All high-value items (including diamonds) are shipped fully insured until delivery.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will initiate an insurance claim and assist you throughout the process.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged:
Record an unboxing video (mandatory).
Keep all packing material.
Contact us within 24–48 hours.
Based on assessment, we will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.
Claims without video proof or beyond the allowed time may not be eligible.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
ZESMACK is not responsible for:
Failed delivery
Delays
Lost or returned shipments (caused due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer).
Any reshipping charges must be borne by the customer.
9. Undelivered / Refused / Failed Delivery Orders
If the courier is unable to deliver due to repeated failed attempts, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address:
The package may return to us.
Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping fees + return charges.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Certain locations may not be serviceable due to:
Courier limitations
Legal restrictions
Customs rules (especially for diamonds)
If your address cannot be serviced, we will contact you for an alternative option or refund.
11. International Customs & Duties
Customs duties, import fees, or taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
These are charged by the destination country and must be paid by the buyer.
ZESMACK has no control over customs procedures or delays.
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs, we will refund only the product cost (excluding shipping and return fees).
12. Insurance Coverage
All natural diamond shipments are covered by full insurance until the courier marks the package as Delivered.
Once delivered, insurance coverage ends and ZESMACK is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.
13. Force Majeure
ZESMACK is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by events outside our control, including:
Natural disasters
Strikes
Political disruptions
Pandemic-related restrictions
Courier operational issues
14. Changes to This Shipping Policy
ZESMACK reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Shipping Policy at any time.
